You might looking for a cool player that can almost play all the formart of video,
Well, i found one on the other day, i saw the shorcut while we visited ORBIS aircraft 
it was it on the desktop of their computer for the presentation,
i tryied it and i love it. it’s free and it can play i can say any file …
even it’s a broken file or DVD that you might not be able to run it on the window media player or Win DVD …
and they have some amazing feature where you can select by the simple shortcut key,
you can adjudg the speed, you can forward to next 10s, 60s, 300s or backward…

GOM player is awesome. I use it on Windows to play the Japanese animations as well. You can also try another player called VLC.
