even there’s help from young volunteers … 
the problem is each crossroad that don’t have the traffic light, become worst and worst
the driver just go ahead, without giving any priority and it locked all the way like in this picture below

few solutions that might help: put all the traffic light to the big crossroad, minimize the car imported, think about the BUS or Train again
because if nobody do anything, … we will be mad.
